Grown on small family farms in the volcanic soils of Bali's Mount Agung, the coffee is cultivated alongside citrus trees, following eco-friendly practices rooted in ancient Hindu traditions. The beans are carefully processed, from sorting and fermenting to drying, with no pesticides or synthetic fertilizers used.
